Kai Saga (she/her)
Executive Director

Kai leads The Metanoia Project with deep commitment and lived experience, having aged out of foster care and faced homelessness in Cleveland. Her personal journey fuels their work to create safe, empowering spaces for individuals who are often overlooked by traditional systems.

As a national advocate for foster youth and young adults, Kai brings both professional insight and firsthand knowledge to ensure The Metanoia Project remains a place of dignity, healing, and hope.

 

LaSheila Pace (she/her)
Operations Director

LaSheila has dedicated her career to helping people and building systems that make a difference. Serving as the Homeless Shelter Operations Director, she supports staff and guests while ensuring the shelter runs smoothly.

With a background spanning healthcare, veterans’ services, and community outreach, Lasheila combines compassion with strong organizational skills to create safe, supportive spaces where people can heal, grow, and move forward.
